We want everyone who reaches out to Alrayaclean Walk-In Tubs to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we would like to hear about it. This page shows how to share a concern and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Alrayaclean Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@alrayaclean.quest and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We'll confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we'll look into it, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we'll reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer the email and ask for another review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
